Trailer has window awnings as well as main electric awning with LED lighting, stereo system, two solar panels, inverter, two tvs, two AC units, and much more. Inside features living area in the rear with L shape couch and dinette that also turns in to bed. Kitchen with solid counter tops with stainless steel sink. The trailer has Florida Rebuildable Title due to water damage. It appears that filler hose came off the filler neck and the previous owner filling up the water flooded the floor. No water damage noted. Incedent happened approimatly three to four months ago. Floor is dry and there is no musty or mold smell. All components on the trailer were tested and are in good working order. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California. This trailer was just over 140,000 when new, have it for large discount.

Trailer is currently not registered. All California Buyer must pay sales tax, varies by residence. Out of state buyers can avoid the 7.25% Use Tax by providing proof they took delivery outside the state, either a BOL or notarized form ($250 fee).
