This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with TV, extra large sofa bed with two movable tables. It was noted during roof wash that there are few small areas of soft spots near full bathroom vent. No roof leaks noted, the leak has been repaired. All of the floors are solid with no soft spots and no apparent water damage.
