Large front living space with dinette, sofa bed and recliners, Fireplace with hideaway TV. L shape kitchen with, Microwave, Oven stove and large double oven sink. Also has stereo system, Two large awning with LED lighting, outside kitchen with grill, sink and fridge. In the rear walk around bed with plenty of closed space.

The trailer has Michigan Scrap Certificate title due to left/rear damage. The trailer fell over on its side. Trailer was towed from Michigan to California, and is road worthy with all of the appliances and mechanicals in working order. Rear glass was temporary replaced with plexiglass and one of the shower glass panels are broken. Trailer is for sale by a dealer, is located in Rocklin California and there is no financing.
