This trailer was nicely optined with 6 point self leveling system, 2 Electric awnings with led lighting, 3 air conditions, Washer/Dryer hook ups, Generator prep with built in inverter and the whole roof was re-coated with thick coat bed liner like rubber coating. Inside features large living area with Fireplace, retractable TV stand, sofa bed, 2 recliners (recliners need to be reupholstered). In middle large kitchen with Island dinning area, large full residential refrigerator, pantry, all real wood interior and LED lighting. This trailer has Florida Certificate of Destruction due to being in a flood. It appears the water only got up to the axles and not inside. Trailer was towed from Alabama to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs and there is no financing available. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $80,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
