For sale is 2020 Forest River Georgetown Gt7 36K7 Class A Motorhome. This motorhome is on a Ford chassis with a Ford 7.3 triton v8 engine and a automatic torque shift transmission. Is approximately 40 feet long, has 2 slides with one mega slide, has 17,800 miles on it, 80 gallon fuel tank, 85 gallon fresh, 52 gallon grey and 52 gallon black. GVWR weight is 24,000 lbs. Motorhome features 5k tow hitch, electric awnings with LED light, Backup camera and side cameras, 3 TV’s, fiberglass roof, full body paint, and much more. Inside features over cabin drop down bed, dinette booth that converts into bed, sofa bed, two hide away bunk beds, kitchen with residential refridgerator, fireplace, and full bathroom with shower. The motorhome has a California Salvage Title (Formerly Pennsylvania Certificate Title) due to flood/storm damage. Water was approximately a foot and half into lower storage compartments. Starter on the motor was replaced, new fluids and filters, all electronic components that were in the water were replaced, new inverter, new entry step motor, module on water heater was replaced, new transfer switch box, and new water pump. Hydrualic pump was also serviced. Generator was completely serviced and tested and new starter was installed. The motorhome also had some storm damage to the right upper side of the roof. New awning was installed and a portion of the fiberglass roof was repaired. There was no water on the inside of this motorhome.
