Living area in the middle with large kitchen with residential refridgerator, half bathroom, dining table for four, two electric recliners, retractable tv and much more. The coach has a California Salvage Title (Formerly Florida CD) due to flood damage. Water was approximately one and half to two feet into bay compartments. Coach was completely gone through and all electronics were replaced. Aqua Hot Unit was serviced and all modules replaced within, new compartment refridgerator, all new electronic modules that were in the water were replaced including fuse boxes. Generator was serviced with new starter, and new fluids. All components have been tested and work as they should. Coach was driven from Florida and is now located in Rocklin California.. Everything works on this coach and it runs and drives great. Coach is sold AS-IS by a dealer that specializes in branded RVs. It is currently not registered.
