It is approximately 41.5 feet long, with 5 slide-outs, a GVWR of 17,900 lbs, a dry weight of 14,576 lbs, Fresh water 62gl, Grey 88gl and 45gl black tank. This trailer comes with a 6-point leveling system, three air conditioners, Full body paint, one awning, washer and dryer combo, day and night shades, real wood interior, solid counter tops, and much more. Inside features a large bedroom area in the front with a king bed. Large full bathroom has a spacious shower. In the middle is the kitchen with island, a large residential refrigerator, very large pantry and a dining table for four. Living area in the rear with two sofa beds and two recliners. Trailer has minor dents and scratches and also need new tires. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs.
