It is 37’11” feet long, with 3 slide-outs, a GVWR of 16,800, and a dry weight of 12,278 lbs, Fresh water 81gl, Grey 106gl and 53gl black tank. This trailer comes with a 6-point leveling system, two air conditioners, solar, one awning with LED, washer and dryer prep in front closet, night shades, real wood interior, solid counter tops, and much more. Inside features a bedroom area in the front with a King bed and large bathroom with spacious shower in the middle. In the rear is large living area with fireplace, TV, two recliners, with two sofa beds. Kitchen area with residential refrigerator, lots of storage with pantry, a dinette bar area. Trailer has a California Salvage Title Certificate due to small electric fire in the battery compartment, it appears that previous owner installed solar panels and lithium battery and did not wire things correctly causing electric fire. Fire was contained only to the battery box compartment, please see before repair picture at very end. All of the damaged wires were replaced back to factory standards. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in rebuilding RVs. This trailer was over 110,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
