The coach has Nebraska Certificate of Salvage Title due to being in a Fresh water flood. Water was approximately 18 inches in to the compartment area. There was no water inside, we have replaced most of the items that were in the water line and have serviced the rest. Aqua Hot was serviced and board was replaced, Generator was serviced. All relays and modules in the front left compartment were replaced. Engine starter, entry step motor were some of the items that were replaced. Everything on the coach works. Coach runs and drives good, has no warning lights on, everything appears to work like it should. We drove it from Nebraska to California, Coach is now located in Rocklin California. Coach has no smell of wet, mold or smoke.

This coach was over $440,000 when new, buy it with a large discount. Coach is sold AS-IS by a dealer. It is currently not registered, we will register the coach for all California buyers.
