It is 31.6 feet long, 46 gl fresh, 43 gl grey and 40 gl black tanks, has 3 slide outs, GVWR weight of 14,500, dry weight 13,156 and 7,500 tow hitch. This motorhome has rear master bedroom with front bunk house, Hydraulic leveling jacks (pump runs but jacks don’t move), awning, Built in Onan 4000 gas generator with only 69 hours on it and much more. The motorhome has California Clean title, this Motorhome was purchased from auction as a donation vehicle, It appears that it was standing for very long time with little use. There were few roof repairs made. Due to roof tears front of bunk area got wet inside and has some water damage. There appears to have to structural damage everything is sound with no soft spots, there is lots of rust under the motorhome and around the compartments.
