For sale is 2005 Sundowner 8014 Grand Sierra Sunlite 720 The Loft 3 Horse trailer. Trailer is approximately 37 feet long, with living quarters, built in 4k Onan generator with 784 hours on it, one hydraulic slide out, 20,000 GVWR , three horse and tackle storage. This trailer is clean features large living area with a sofa bed, separate bathroom, New tires, New batteries, full aluminium construction with aluminium roof, Manual awning, stereo system with outside speakers. The trailer has Florida certificate of title salvage due to water damage. It appears that skylight above the shower broke and damaged the closet next to it and partially the dividing wall. Closet, wall and skylight has all been replaced/repaired. No structural damage. There is no more evidence of water damage at this point. Trailer is in Rocklin California and is road worthy.
