This coach is on a Spartan Chassis, with 450HP ISL Cummins Engine and Allison 3000MH automatic transmission. Is approximately 43 feet long, has 4 slide, Has only 17,451 miles. This Coach is loaded with Hydraulic self leveling, 15k tow hitch, Solar, Dish washer, Roof integrated Girard electric awning with LED, Girard manual window awning, Solid counters and tile floors. Aqua hot system, Fiberglass roof, Exterior entertainment system, laundry, 4 TVs, Fireplace, residential refrigerator, all electric shades, tile shower and much more!! Built in Onan 10,000K diesel generator with 1938 hours on it. Tanks are 150 gl Fuel, 95 gl Fresh, 50 gl Grey and 50 gl Black. Coach has brand new tires.

The coach has a Alabama Salvage Title due to fresh water flood damage. Water got about a foot into the compartment. Starter was replaced on the motor, new motor oil and filters were replaced on the engine also. Generator had no water in it, generator starter was replaced and oil changed. Aqua hot unit was serviced and new electrical boards were put in. Front and rear fuse boxes were replaced. Transfer switch box was replaced, Hydraulic pump was inspected and relays were replaced and Def system was serviced. Everything has been inspected on the coach and works. Coach runs and drives great, has no warning lights on, everything appears to work like it should. Coach was driven from Alabama after the flood and is now located in Rocklin California. Coach is sold AS-IS by a dealer that specializes in branded RVs. It is currently not registered. All California Buyer must pay sales tax, varies by residence.
