Trailer has front and rear electric stabilizing jacks, Large front living area features fold out L shape couch and dinette that also turns in to bed. Microwave, stereo system, Queen bed in the rear and walk through bathroom.

The trailer has Colorado Clear title. Trailer is road worthy with all of the appliances and mechanicals in working order. Trailer is for sale by a dealer and is now located in Rocklin California.
