Trailer has 12 foot garage, two slides is approximately 38 feet long, with Dry Weight of 12,171 and GVWR weight of 16,500 lb, 112 gl Fresh water tank, 86 gl Grey, 43 gl black tank. Trailer is nicely optioned with 2 air condition units, 6 point hydraulic self leveling, Built in 5,500 Onan generator with only 21 hours on it, fuel station, and much more. Trailer has great lay out with large couch/recliner, Kitchen with solid counters, large double wide fridge. Garage has two large beds and a loft above garage, washer/dryer prep in garage also. Large front bedroom with walk around Queen bed and Large bathroom.

The trailer has Lousiana Salvage Title due to storm damage. The front cap was fixed, a few windows were replaced and some side skirts were replaced. The two front right compartment doors were also changed. Trailer has small cosmetic nicks and scratches around the trailer. Please see pictures of damages.
