Trailer has 12 foot garage, three slides is approximately 42 feet long, with GVWR weight 20,000 lb, Dry weight of 15,696 lb, 160 gl Fresh water tank, 114 gl Grey, 96 gl black tank, 2 air condition units, 6 point hydraulic self leveling, Built in 5,500 Onan generator with only 60 hours on it, fuel station and much more. Trailer has great lay out with large couch/recliner, two more separate recliners, Kitchen with solid counters and island, large double wide fridge Fireplace, and laundry connection in garage. There is a loft above the garage, and the garage has two large beds and a bathroom. Large front bedroom with walk around Queen bed and full bathroom with a shower.

The trailer has Utah Salvage Title due to right side damage. It appears scraped against something. Please see pictures before repairs. Fiberglass was repaired, both doors were changed, compartment doors were replaced, and windows were replaced. Trailer just needs bondo and paint to be finished. Everything was gone through and all components on the trailer were tested and are in good working order. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California.
