Trailer has three slides is approximately 35 feet long, with GVWR weight 10,995 lb, Dry weight of 8,990 lb, 50 gl Fresh water tank, 62 gl Grey, 62 gl black tank, 1 air condition unit, 4 point leveling system, one awning, and much more. Trailer has great lay out 2 recliners and Kitchen with solid counters, large refrigerator, dining table for four. Large front bedroom with walk around King bed, large walk-through bathroom with a residential shower. Rear bedroom has two bunk beds with its own half bathroom with door to outside.

The trailer has Nebraska Salvage Certificate Title due to roof water damage. All new decking and rubber membrane was installed. Few cabinets have some signs of water damage, floors are all solid.
