The coach has a Nevada Salvage Title due to interior fire damage. Exact cause of the fire is unknown but it started behind the exterior tv. Water system, furnaces, leveling and slide- out and majority of the electronics still work. Chassis side of the coach has no damage and everything works. Left side slide-out caps that are missing are ordered and are included in the sale. Coach runs and drives, has no warning lights on. Coach is now located in Rocklin California.
