Trailer has two slides is approximately 36.6 feet long, with GVWR weight 13,000 lb, Dry weight of 9,320 lb, 106 gl Fresh water tank, 32 gl Grey and 32 gl black tank. Trailer has front and rear electric stabilizing jacks, Trim less windows, Garage is 12 feet long with removable carpet and electric beds. Built in Onan 5500 with only 62 hours on it, and two AC units. Large living area features Island, solid counter tops, reclining sofa, large windows, microwave, stereo system, Queen bed in bedroom and fuel station.

The trailer has California Salvage Certificate title due to roof damage. Trailer had a tree fall on it. We have reinforced the roof and cleaned it. Both slides work, slide in the kitchen works good, slide with recliner need assistance to close. Trailer is road worthy with all of the appliances and mechanicals in working order. Trailer is for sale by a dealer and is now located in Rocklin California. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works.
