It is 45 feet long, 90 gl fresh, 70 gl Grey, 50 gl Black and 150 gl Fuel tanks, has 4 slides, GVWR weight of 51,000 lbs. and towing capacity of 15,000 lbs. This coach has rear master bedroom with King bed and TV, large bathroom with dual vanities and large shower, rear walk in closet with washer/dryer. Living area in the middle with large kitchen with residential refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, two recliners, retractable tv, sofa bed and much more. The coach has a California Salvage Title (Formerly Florida CD) due to fresh water flood damage. Water was approximately six inches into bay compartments. Starter on motor was replaced, front entry step motor was also replaced, new slide-out tray motors were installed, aqua hot was inspected and repaired as needed and works as it should. All components have been tested and work as they should. Newer Tires and both house/coach batteries. Coach was driven from Florida and is now located in Rocklin California. Everything works on this coach and it runs and drives great. Coach is sold AS-IS by a dealer that specializes in branded RVs. It is currently not registered.
