For sale is 2018 Grand Design Solitude ST375RES-R luxury fifth wheel trailer. Trailer has large storage with a pull out under the living space. Is just over 41 feet long, with 5 slide outs, GVWR 16,500, dry weight of 14,392 Lb, 93 gl fresh, 100 gl grey and 50 gl black tanks. This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with Fireplace, TV, two sofa bed and two power recliners. Trailer has 6 point self leveling system, Electric awning with LED lighting, real wood interior and much more. Kitchen with large residential double refrigerator, pantry, hutch and solid counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around King bed, Its own TV, Large walk in closet. The trailer has Florida Certificate of Destruction due to all over damage. It appears that trailer was in a storm and has damage to the windows, awning, skirts and little roof corner. All of the repairs are completed, roof was repaired and is water tight. Trailer still has some cosmetic light scratches on the left side, missing 3 dining chairs and number of cosmetic scratches inside. All of the floors are solid with no soft spots and no apparent water damage. Trailer was towed from Florida and is road worthy, Trailer is now located in Rocklin California.
