For sale is 2018 Tiffin Phaeton XSH 40IH Class A Coach, Bath and Half Diesel Pusher. This coach is on a Powerglide Chassis, with 380HP Cummins Engine and Allison 3000MH automatic transmission. Is approximately 41 feet long, has 4 slide, GVWR 39,600 lbs. This coach has only 11,110 miles and is loaded with Hydraulic self leveling, Solar, Dish washer, electric awning, Solid counters and tile floors. Aqua hot system, Rear and side cameras, Fiberglass roof, Exterior entertainment system, laundry, 3 TVs and much more!! Built in Onan 10,000K diesel generator with only 110 hours on it. Tanks are 100 gl Fuel, 100 gl Fresh, 100 gl Grey and 55 gl Black.

The coach has California Salvage Certificate due to fire damage. Appears that fire started in the rear left fuse box. Front two hydraulic slides work good, rear two slides need electric motors on the top, the rest of the slide system is in good shape. Generator, Leveling system, Aqua Hot, Inverter, all water system, awnings and most of chassis systems are working. New belts, few hoses, fan and sensors are on order from Tiffin and will be installed on the motor. Inside will need full rebuilt, refrigerator was removed and thrown away due to food inside. All lower compartments are very good shape with no fire damage. Tile floors, counter tops, sinks, toilets, all couches, chairs, sofa, carpet are all in very good shape with no fire damage. Coach runs and drives. Is located in Rocklin (Sacramento area) in California and is for sale by a dealer that specializes in Salvage RVs. There is no financing available.
