Trailer is approximately 28 feet long, with GVWR weight 7,600 lb, Dry weight of 5,979 lb, 39 gl Fresh water tank, 37 gl Grey and 35 gl black tank. Trailer has window awnings as well as main electric awning with LED lighting, stereo system, solar panel, inverter, two tvs, two AC units, and much more. Inside features living area upfront with L shape couch and dinette that also turns in to bed. Kitchen with solid counter tops with stainless steel sink. Bedroom in the rear with two twin beds. The trailer has California Clean Title with a branded history of Florida CD due to flood damage. Water was about floor level into the interior.
