2019 NEWMAR DUTCH STAR 4018 CLASS A COACH DIESEL PUSHER MOTORHOME “BATH & HALF”

For sale is a 2019 Newmar Dutch Star 4018, a high quality luxury diesel motorhome built on the Freightliner XCR tag axle chassis, front independent suspension and powered by a Cummins 8.9L diesel engine producing 450 horsepower and 1,250 lb ft of torque, paired with an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission. This coach has 54,508 miles on it, measures 40’9” in overall length, 8’6” wide and approximately 13’ high, with a 49,000 lb GVWR and a 15,000 lb maximum towing capacity. It has a 105 gallon fresh water tank, 65 gallon gray water tank, 45 gallon black water tank and 100 gallon diesel fuel tank.

The highly desirable 4018 floor plan features three slide outs, including a large full wall super slide, providing a very spacious interior. The Freightliner chassis features Newmar Comfort Drive steering, steerable tag axle, air suspension, air brakes, hydraulic leveling system and a 360 degree camera system with rear and side view cameras.

This Dutch Star is very well equipped with integrated Girard power patio awnings, power entrance door awning, electric window awnings, frameless dual pane windows, full body paint, fiberglass roof, large pass through basement storage compartments, exterior LED lighting and an outside entertainment system with TV and sound system. It is also equipped with a 8k Cummins Onan diesel generator with 1,036 hours, inverter system and Oasis hydronic heating and continuous hot water system.

The interior features Newmar’s high quality cabinetry and finishes, heated tile flooring, solid surface countertops, residential refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, multiple televisions, power shades, central vacuum system, king bed, large rear bathroom, half bathroom and extensive interior storage.

This RV has a Nevada salvage title due to a previous fire in the basement storage area. The fire appears to have originated in one of the basement compartments. The fire was isolated to the basement area and did not affect the Freightliner chassis, engine, transmission or other chassis components. There was no significant fire damage inside the living area of the coach. The interior did experience some smoke exposure and has been professionally cleaned. One of the kitchen windows was also replaced. Before beginning the repairs, we drove this motorhome from Las Vegas, Nevada to Sacramento, California. The coach ran and drove properly during the trip, and the chassis side of the motorhome was not affected by the fire.

The affected basement area was completely gone through and repaired. Damaged wiring was removed and replaced as needed. Inverter was also replaced. Affected electrical components and control units were replaced, slide out control modules were replaced, affected Oasis system modules and components were replaced, basement carpeting was replaced, the central vacuum system was replaced, and additional damaged control units and components located within the affected basement area were replaced as needed.

All systems have been gone through, repaired as needed and tested. The coach runs and drives properly with no known issues. There is a chip in the windshield that will be professionally repaired. Please see before repair pictures at the very end of the listing.

The RV is currently located in Sacramento, California and is being sold AS IS by a dealer that specializes in rebuilding RVs with over a decade of experience. It is currently not registered. All California buyers must pay applicable sales tax, which varies based on their place of residence.
