Three electric awnings with LED lighting, three air conditioners, Built in 5500 Onan Generator, rear patio and 6-point auto leveling jacks. The exterior features a full fiberglass body with aluminum framing, solar prep, washer/dryer prep in garage, rear patio, and Outside speakers. Inside sleep up to seven with a King bedroom up front, a central living area with two recliners, TV, Loft, fireplace, kitchen in middle, and garage in the rear with half bathroom, a bunkhouse with a Happi-Jac bed lift system. The trailer has a Louisiana Certificate of Salvage Title due to roof damage. Tree branch fell on the rood causing few punctures. Completely new 60mil TPO roof was installed, one piece of plywood and rear ac unit replaced. Both awning fabrics replaced and new batteries installed. Trailer has some minor dents outside, scratches in the living area vinyl floor and two ceiling parches inside the kitchen area, see pictures.
