For sale is a 2021 Forest River Cedar Creek 377BH luxury fifth-wheel Mid-Bunk floor plan trailer. This trailer has four slide outs, a kitchen island, and plenty of living space is what you will find inside. It is 40’6″ feet long, a GVWR of 16,135 lbs, a dry weight of 13,412 lbs, Fresh water 57gl, Grey 82gl, 41gl black tanks, Awning with LEDs, washer/dryer in master closet, day and night window shades, real wood interior, solid counter tops, and much more. Inside features a large bedroom area in the front with a King bed. Extra large closet space with large full bathroom has a spacious shower with seat. In the middle is the kitchen with island, a large double refrigerator, large pantry and a dining table for four. Living area in the rear with sofa beds, two recliners, fireplace and TV. In the middle there is addition small bedroom/office space with its own sofa bed, TV and lots of cabinets, above it is loft for additional sleeping. The trailer has a Kentucky Salvage previously Florida Certificate of Destruction due to flood damage. Water came about one foot into lower front battery tray compartment area. No water inside the trailer. All of underbelly was removed, inspected and new underbelly installed. Trailer has been repaired and water damage items replaced such as inverter, batteries, trailer control module, water pump and was inspected and everything is in good working order. There are few minor dents and scratches on the skirts. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. This trailer was over $100,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
