For sale is a 2021 Heartland Landmark Tucson 365 luxury fifth-wheel trailer. It is approximately 42 feet long, with 5 slide-outs, a GVWR of 18,000, and a dry weight of 14,843 lbs. This trailer comes with a 6-point leveling system, three air conditioners, one awning, washer and dryer prep, day and night shades, real wood interior, solid counter tops, and much more. Inside features a large bedroom area in the rear with a king bed. In the middle is the living area with two sofa beds and two electric recliners, Kitchen area upfront has a large residential refrigerator, a pantry, a dining table for four. Large full bathroom has a spacious shower.
The trailer has a Salvage Title due to left and right side damage. Skirts on left side along with the compartment door were replaced, two front skirts on the right side were replaced, and two windows were replaced. New skirts were installed and painted professionally. Trailer is missing one sofa bed on the interior and the coaches have scratches from cats. Dinette table is also missing but will be included in the final sale. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs.
