Trailer has 11 foot garage, two slides is approximately 39 feet long, with Dry Weight of 14,195 and GVWR weight of 17,000 lb, 106 gl Fresh water tank, 88 gl Grey, 88 gl black tank. Trailer is nicely optioned with 3 air condition units, 3 awnings with LED lighting, 6 point hydraulic self leveling, Built in 5,500 Onan generator with only 11 hours on it, fuel station, outside patio, 3 tv’s, washer/dryer prep and much more. Trailer has great lay out with large couch with recliner, Kitchen with solid counters with seating, large double wide fridge. Garage has two large beds and a loft above garage. The trailer has Florida Certificate of Destruction due to flood damage. Water got about a foot into the lower interior. Elecrical components that were in the water were replaced with new factory components. All underbelly was removed including tanks, insulation was removed and replaced. Floor was inspected from underneath and no signs of mold or rot noted. Generator was serviced and both fuel tanks were cleaned. Everything on this trailer has been inspected and works. Trailer was towed from Florida to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. This trailer was over 120,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
