The motorhome has a Florida Certificate of Destruction Title due to right side exterior fire damage. It appears the motorhome was parked next to an object on fire causing the paint to bubble and the awning to burn. Brand new awning was installed, and some fiberglass work was done, roof plastics were replaced and the upper right side of the motorhome was repainted. Motorhome has no sign of use and appears to be new. There is no smell of smoke or any smoke damage inside. Everything has been inspected on the motorhome and works.
