It is 44 feet long, 105 gl fresh, 75 gl Grey, 55 gl Black and 100 gl Fuel tanks, has 3 slides with one mega slide, GVWR weight of 45,600 lbs and towing capacity of 15,000 lbs .This coach has rear master bedroom with Queen bed, large bathroom with dual vanities and large shower. Living area in the middle with large kitchen with residential refridgerator and dishwasher, half bathroom, dining table for four, two electric recliners, fireplace, retractable tv and much more. The coach has a California Salvage Title (Formerly Florida CD) due to brackish water flood damage. Water was approximately one and half to two feet into bay compartments. Coach was completely gone through and all electronics were replaced. New used oasis unit was installed, new compartment refridgerator, all new electronic modules that were in the water were replaced including fuse boxes. Generator was serviced with new inverter, starter, and new fluids. All components have been tested and work as they should. Coach was driven from Florida and is now located in Rocklin California.. Everything works on this coach and it runs and drives great. Coach is sold AS-IS by a dealer that specializes in branded RVs. It is currently not registered.
