It is 46 feet long, with a 10″ foot closed garage, 4 slide outs, GVWR 24,000, Dry weight 20,310, 100 gl fresh water, 75 gl grey, 50 gl black and 60 gl Gas. Three electric awnings with LED lighting, three air conditioners, Dual pane windows, Built in 5500 Onan Generator, rear patio and 6-point auto leveling jacks. The exterior features a full body paint fiberglass body with aluminum framing and Outside Entertainment. Inside, it sleep up to six with a King bedroom up front, a central living area with sofa (sofa missing), TV, fireplace and dinette for four. Kitchen with large residential refrigerator, large pantry closet with pullouts, Island, solid-surface countertops, a three-burner range and tile backsplash. Garage in the rear with a bunkhouse with a Happi-Jac bed lift system (missing lower foldable seating and table). Bathroom features a large shower with a seat and single sink vanity. The trailer has a Texas Salvage Title, Due to left side damage. Left large storage compartment door, skirt and some trim were replaced, Portion of the the passthrough storage compartment floor was also replaced. Damaged area was painted and repaired to like new condition. See before repair pictures at end of all the pictures. There is some some minor scratches outside, 4 year old tires and new batteries. All components on this trailer have been checked and everything works as it should. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs.

Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered. All California Buyer must pay sales tax, varies by residence.
