This coach has a rear master bedroom with a king bed, its own TV, and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. Large pass-through bathroom with dual vanities and a large shower. Living area in the middle with a large kitchen with a residential refrigerator and dishwasher, a dining booth for four, two electric recliners, a fireplace, a TV, and much more. The coach has a California Salvage Title (Formerly Florida CD) due to brackish water flood damage. Water was approximately six inches into lower bay compartments. Coach was completely gone through and all electronics that were in the water line were replaced. Aqua Hot unit was serviced and new board,pumps were installed, new compartment refridgerator. Starter on motor was relaced, New slide-out tray motors were installed, new step motor, new front compartment control board. All components have been tested and work as they should. Coach was driven after the flood from Florida and is now located in Rocklin California. Everything works on this coach and it runs and drives great.
