For sale is a 2022 Grand Design Momentum 320G-R toy hauler fifth-wheel trailer. It is approximately 36 feet long, with 3 slide-outs, a GVWR of 16,800, and a dry weight of 12,400 lb. This trailer comes with a 6-point hydraulic leveling system, 11 foot garage, three air conditioning systems, one awning with LED lighting and a rear patio area with awning, washer and dryer prep, and much more. Inside features a large living area in the middle with a fireplace, three recliners, TV, and a loft above the garage. Large kitchen with an island area, and a large residential refrigerator. Master suite with walk-around queen bed and its own TV. Separate bathroom has a spacious shower. Rear garage has two drop down beds and a half bathroom. The trailer has Alabama Certificate of Title Salvage due to roof damage. It appears the previous owner drove under a short over pass pushing in the front air conditioner and the middle air conditioner breaking some of the trusses and interior ceiling panels. Trusses were repaired and new interior panels were installed in the living room and bedroom. Trailer has no water damage and the rubber roof is original with no holes or tears. Trailer was towed from Alabama to California and is road worthy and has brand new tires. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. This trailer was over 100,000 when new, have it for a large discount.

Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered. All California Buyer must pay sales tax, varies by residence.
