It is 40’8″ feet long, with a 12″9″ foot closed garage, 2 slide outs, GVWR 16,250, Dry weight 12,028, 100 gl fresh water, 45 gl black, and 85 gl grey. One electric awnings with LED lighting, two air conditioners, Solar, Generator prep, rear patio and 6-point auto leveling jacks. The exterior features a full fiberglass body with aluminum framing. Inside, it sleep up to seven with a Queen bedroom up front, a central living area with reclining sofa, a new TV, and garage in the rear that doubles as a bunkhouse with a Happi-Jac bed lift system. Kitchen includes microwave, solid-surface countertops, and a three-burner range and built in bar stools. Bathroom features a large shower with a seat and single sink vanity. The trailer has a Kentucky Salvage previously Florida Certificate of Destruction due to flood damage. Trailer was approximately few inches of water in the underbelly only, no water inside or even in the lower compartments. Trailer shows wear and tear on inside with some stains. All components on this trailer have been checked and everything works as it should. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs.
