It is approximately 41.4 feet long, with 3 slide-outs, a GVWR of 13,650 lbs, a dry weight of 11,665 lbs, Fresh water 66gl, Grey 78gl and 39gl black tank. This trailer comes with a 6-point Scissor manual jacks, two air conditioners, one awning with LED lighting, Fireplace, washer and dryer prep, night shades, solid counter tops, and much more. Inside features suite bedroom in the rear with a Queen bed (can fit King), its own TV area, walkout door and plenty of closet space. Large full bathroom in middle has a spacious shower. In the front a large living/kitchen area with tall ceilings. Kitchen with island, a large residential refrigerator, very large pantry and a dining table for four. Living area with sofa beds hideaway TV and two electric recliners. In between bathroom and bedroom there is stairs that lead to large loft with two separate areas. The trailer has a Kentucky Salvage Title Previously Florida Certificate of Destruction due to flood damage. Trailer was in a flood and only approximately 4 inches of water came in to the lower bedroom area. No water in the main living area. Approximately three feet of plywood floor was replaced in bedroom area on the passenger right side, all three slid out motors with driveshaft were replaced, and few small electrical components in the rear. Also two new 6 volt batteries installed. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. This trailer was over 100,000 when new, have it for a large discount.

Trailer is sold AS-IS, All California Buyer must pay sales tax, varies by residence.
