This trailer has three slide outs, a kitchen island, and plenty of living space is what you will find inside. It is 44’1/2″ feet long, a GVWR of 17,000 lbs, a dry weight of 13,442 lbs, Fresh water 65gl, Grey 84gl, 84gl black tanks, One awning with LEDs, Solar, Dishwasher, Fireplace, washer/dryer prep in master closet, night window shades, real wood interior, solid counter tops, and much more. Inside features a large bedroom area in the front with a Queen bed. Extra large closet space with large full bathroom in the very front that has a spacious shower with seat. In the middle is the kitchen with island, a large double refrigerator, large pantry and a dining table for four (Missing two chairs). Living area in the rear with reclining sofa, two recliners, fireplace and TV. In the middle there is half bathroom with its own closet space and sink. The trailer has a Alabama Certificate of Salvage title flood due to fresh water flood. Trailer was approximately one foot and six inches of water in to lower living area. This trailer was in the flood approximately one year ago with all floors solid with no soft spots, or smell of mold. Underbelly was removed, inspected and all electrical components replaced. All electric components that were in water line were replaced, including tankless water heater and furnace. All cabinetry inside is original and are in great shape. Trailer has some minor dents and scratches outside and new battery. All components on this trailer have been checked and everything works as it should. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. This trailer was over $120,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
