The RV has only 4,474 miles, measures 29 feet 11 inches in length, features electric awning with LED lighting, Exterior tv, stereo and speakers, Solar, Fiberglass roof, 72 gallon fresh water tank, 50 gallon grey water tank, 49 gallon black water tank and 80 gallon gas tanks, with a GVWR of 18,000 lbs and 15,548 lbs dry weight. This RV comes with built in Onan 4KW gas Generator with 75 hours, four point hydraulic self leveling jacks, Gas Stove, Microwave, stainless Sink and much more. RV has a Pennsylvania salvage Certificate title, due to left side damage. It appears that RV hit and guard rail. Please see before repair pictures at very end. Front cap was repaired, all left side storage compartments were replaced along with some trim. Lower front and left side area was painted and new decals installed. During transport to our location driver pulled under low hanging tree and made a crack in the interior panel by the front air conditioner. Ac unit replaced the roof was not damaged and is still structurally good. Bunk mattress is missing, See pictures below. Everything has been inspected on the RV and works. It runs and drives good with no problems, it is like new inside and outside. It is now located in Sacramento California. RV is sold AS-IS by a dealer that specializes in branded RVs.
