This luxury fifth wheel is approximately 36 feet in length, features 3 slide-outs, and has a GVWR of 16,000 lbs with a dry weight around 13,255 lbs. It includes a 75-gallon fresh water tank, 87-gallon grey water tank, and a 50-gallon black tank. Built on a wide-body frame with Jayco’s Climate Shield™ zero-degree tested weather protection, it’s ideal for all-season use. Exterior features include a 6-point hydraulic auto-leveling system, two air conditioners, two awning with LED lighting, and a factory-installed solar, under belly lighting, and has a generator prep. Inside, you’ll find a spacious front bedroom with a residential king bed, a large wardrobe, washer/dryer prep, and under-bed storage. The trailer has a Kentucky Salvage previously Florida Certificate of Destruction due to flood damage. The water was 1 foot into the lower front passage compartment. The inverter, exterior stereo, batteries, solar charger, Jayco command module, and water pump were all replaced. Underbelly inspected and no insulation got wet. Trailer is now located in Sacramento California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. This trailer was over 130,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
